Data protection

Privacy policy  - Notes on personal data

Our website sometimes stores personal or also personal data about users. The law defines such data as information about personal and factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (§ 3 paragraph 1 German Federal Data Protection Act). This includes, for example, the name, address, e-mail or telephone number. According to the prevailing view, the IP address, which is assigned to each computer individually by a provider, is also personal data. No personal data is such information that does not allow you to be identified (anonymised data), for example, this would be the mere indication of age or gender without reference to your person.

Data storage through your information

Our website also actively collects information from you, for example when you provide information in our contact form. This information is, of course, only used to carry out the service we offer. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Contact

Personal data is collected when contacting us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be deduced from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
